Pricing/Scheduling Policy
Pricing provided by guest services/online is a starting price point and is subject to increase at artists discretion determined by product usage, timing, technique and density/length of hair. Online bookings booked incorrectly are subject to change. Please call the salon at 813-333-3754 if you are unsure what services you may require.

Guest/Child Policy
The Hive Salon & Boutique is a small & intimate space and as such, we kindly request only those receiving services be present in the service areas and additional guests are limited to 1 person. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it is enforced with your guest/child's safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. For this reason we ask that your guest remains in the waiting area and that you arrange child care prior to your reservation.

Lightening Services
All lightening services require a Toning Service. After Choosing your Lightening Service, please select a Gloss/Standard or Dimensional Toner (Shadow root/Color Melt), followed by your desired finish. All lightening services are required to have a finished service to ensure shade and quality of the color.

Cancelation Policy

CANCELLATION FEE- A charge of $25 is applied to the card on file for appointments without 48-hour notice.

NO SHOW FEE- A charge of 50% of the service is applied to the card on file for appointments that are No Showed. A "no show" is defined as a guest that does not call to cancel the appointment.

Guest Satisfaction Guarantee
Our number one goal is to make you feel like a QUEEN! If after your service you feel an adjustment is required, please inform our staff within 7 days of your original reservation to discuss your adjustment options. Chemical services can only be guaranteed if maintaining with professional product approved by your stylist. Store bought brands are notorious color/keratin killers and cannot be trusted to maintain your investment.

Consultation Required Services
All Extension, Vivid, and Color Correction Services require virtual and/or in-person consultation and will not be available to reserve online. The Hive Salon offers Free Consultations by reservation as well as Swatch Testing ($35) if needed to ensure the best results for more complicated services. You may schedule your consultation via online booking, or by giving us a call at 813-333-3754.
