HOW MUCH WILL MY RESERVATION COST?

WITH HAIR AS UNIQUE AS YOU, YOU WILL NEED AN EQUALLY UNIQUE GAME PLAN FOR YOUR RESERVATION. HEAD ON OVER TO OUR NEW-BEE PAGE FOR A VIRTUAL CONSULTATION AND WE WILL GET YOUR RESERVATION SCHEDULED.

DO YOU TAKE PHOTOS AT EVERY APPOINTMENT?

WE DOCUMENT YOUR RADIANCE AND THAT OF OUR STYLISTS AND STAFF AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY, BUT THERE ISN'T ALWAYS TIME FOR OUR STYLISTS BEFORE THEIR NEXT APPOINTMENT. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A QUICK SHOOT WE WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO GET SOME PHOTOS FOR YOU.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?

WE ACCEPT CASH AND ALL MAJOR CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS. TAP PAY ACCEPTED (WHEN TECHNOLOGY IS AGREEABLE)

HOW DO I BOOK A RESERVATION?

NEW GUESTS PLEASE VISIT THE "NEW-BEE" PAGE TO SUBMIT YOUR NEW CLIENT INTAKE FORM THEN WE WILL GET YOU SCHEDULED.

WHAT IF I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

WE DO UNDERSTAND EMERGENCIES HAPPEN AND CARS BREAK DOWN, WE DO HAVE A POLICY IN PLACE TO PROTECT THE INCOME OF OUR STYLISTS WHO ARE COMMISSION BASED.

WHAT IF INCLIMATE WHEATHER PROHIBITS ME FROM MAKING IT TO MY RESERVATION?

YOUR SAFETY IS OUT NUMBER ONE PRIORITY, SO IN THE CASE OF NATURAL DISASTER AND INCLIMATE WEATHER WE WILL RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

HOW LONG WILL MY RESERVATION TAKE?

HAIRCUTS AND BLOW OUTS GENERALLY TAKE 1 HOUR OR LESS. COLOR RESERVATIONS CAN VARY FROM 1 HOUR TO 6+ DEPENDING ON THE SELECTED PROCESS. IF YOU NEEED TO BE OUT AT A SPECIFIC TIME OR NEED MORE INFORMATION PLEASE DISCUSS WITH YOUR STYLIST AND/OR OUR RESERVATION SPECIALIST PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION STARTING.

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WANT/NEED?

FILL OUT OUR NEW CLIENT INTAKE FORM ON THE 'NEW-BEE' PAGE AND LEAVE US A NOTE THAT YOU ARE UNSURE. WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A FREE VIRTUAL CONSULTATION TO INCLUDE SERVICE SUGGESTIONS BASED ON YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS.

DO YOU DO CLIPPER CUTS/FADE WORK?

CURRENTLY WE DO NOT HAVE A BARBERING ARTIST ON BOARD TO SERVICE THIS MARKET. WE DO HOW EVER HAVE SOME GREAT BARBERS IN OUR NETWORK THAT WE WOULD LOVE TO CONNECT YOU WITH.

- Salon Policy -

All new guests are required to submit our New-bee New Client Intake Form prior to booking. Active card on file is required to hold a reservation at The Hive Salon & Boutique. This information is kept private and is protected by Phorest Salon Booking Software. Cancellations and rescheduling are required to give 48 hour notice to avoid cancellation fees. Fee for insufficient notice is $25.00. New Guests required to place $25.00 non-refundable deposit upon scheduling first reservation. Any reservation that is rescheduled more than 2 times will also be required to leave $25.00 non-refundable deposit to continue to secure the reservation. In the case of a no-show, the fee will be 50% of all scheduled services.  All Services come with a satisfaction guarantee, we stand by our work; Any work that is deemed unsatisfactory should be brought to management attention within 7 days of the service being completed to receive an adjustment to the service. All products come with The Hive Salon & Boutique guarantee.  You have 30 days from purchase of retail to return any item that is deemed unsatisfactory.
